Re: Beep beep beep
It sounds like you need to set up the Drive set up button that came with the last (1.05) OTA. The video on YouTube covers it well.

Re: Feature Requests
The last OTA update (1.5) gave us a single button (Drive Setup Button) to deactivate various features each time that we drive the car. It allows the restoration of non-memorized settings with one click via the drop-down menu after each vehicle restart (the drop down menu is available from any screen...

Re: Door handle
There have been issues with some of the early cars around door handles not retracting. Mine (Sept 2023 car) had revised parts fitted to the passenger door handle during last winter. At the time, the suggestion was that there were issues with some Bowden cables supplied to Smart.

Re: Display setup every time I enter the car
Have you connected the car to the Hello Smart app on your phone? This links it to your ownership and should stop it offering guest mode.

Re: Choppy/broken/delayed navigation instructions from Google Maps/Waze thru Android Auto
In my car, the instructions are affected by the use of the indicators. Turning on the indicators means that the indicator warning sound is preferred to the navigation instructions. Once the indicator turns off, the instructions are returned to normal.

Re: In Bruges
Hello all, I am pleased to be joining this group and hope to find (and maybe provide) some useful information. I collected my #1 Brabus two weeks ago and am still learning how to use it. I’m an old codger so it’s going to take a while. I have a specific problem that Smart are currently looking to s...

Re: Fuel station safety
Hello Brixham Boy. What is that especially concerns you about parking your Brabus #1 in a fuel station? If it is fire then don't worry. Your car isn't going to burst into flames. Statistically, there is a far greater chance that an internal combustion engined car will experience a fire. That said, t...

Re: Dimming The Driver Information Display
This is what my settings look like and my displays change to night mode automatically. I suspect that this is through a different sensor to that used by the auto headlights.
