I have to visit the dealer for 2 year service, and they tell me they will service the car, replace all wipers, and replace a part in the doors because it will not retract during hard winter.

The dealer contacted Smart Support, and after a couple of days, it worked.

When I follow that guide, it skips step 4 (activation page) and goes to the login QR code.

If I scan this page, the phone tells me the QR-code is the login code, and it needs the activation code.
