Re the door handles, on the German forum their is a recommendation to use Ballistic universal oil in the handle mechanism.

The handles have an ice breaking function but they don't close until warmed up, and the frameless windows will benefit by applying rubber care products to the weather seal

Do you think this is “Ballistol” gun oil ? (poss. lost in translation)

I'm still waiting for an update from my dealer on the back order parts. It's been nearly four weeks. I intend to call tomorrow as a message to the service dept hasn't with radio silence.

Comments on the German forum suggest that it is an issue with Bowden cables and might be batch related.

Possibly?

I mean to treat mine with some ACF50 but concerned that it might make dust gum it up!
